Marie Aleman, Service Delivery Analyst

Marie Aleman serves as an analyst at Insight Education Group. She is primarily responsible for supporting members of the Service Delivery team to conduct research and data analysis, produce client-facing documents, resources, and tools, as well as serve as a point of contact for the overall administrative and operational support across a portfolio of contracts.

She attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and continued on to Texas State University where she obtained a Master of Education degree.

She began her career in education as a Reading Interventionist in an inner-city, Title 1 school in Pflugerville, Texas. This is where she saw a great need to improve literacy amongst low socioeconomic populations.

She has served as a Dyslexia Interventionist and an English/Language Arts teacher for 6th through 8th grade students. Marie also has experience working with English Language Learners.

As an Instructional Coach at a Title 1 campus, serving English/Language Arts & Social Studies teachers she supported instructors in implementing explicit and systematic instruction through the use of differentiation and scaffolded strategies. Her most recent experience was teaching eighth grade students in Hutto, Texas.

Marie's philosophy on education is that every child has the ability to learn. It is what we as educators and parents do to nurture that innate ability that truly makes all the difference. Determined educators who remain steadfast on making a difference, no matter how small, is what defines education.
