Jazmine Allen is a senior associate with Insight Education Group where she works across the country alongside school and district partners to coach school and district level leaders to drive lasting outcomes for children. Prior to joining Insight, Jazmine spent a decade and a half in elementary, middle, and high schools as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and district administrator. Jazmine is a skilled leader who founded a successful middle school in Washington, D.C. and turned around two elementary schools. Most recently, Jazmine turned around a PK-4G primary school in Texas that served more than 900 students, moving the school from a NR to a B rating in just under 11-months while aligning the school to an A rating in just over two years.
Jazmine earned her Bachelor's Degree in Secondary English Education from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI and her Master of Education from the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, MI.
