Crystal Hercules serves as a senior associate on the Service Delivery Team for Insight Education Group. In this role, she supports districts with educator effectiveness, recruitment and retention, equity audits and support with strategic plans. She started her career in education as a classroom teacher, serving students in grades K-6. She then became the Founding Program Manager for a Non-profit that bridged the gap between Community Leaders and Educators to provide a high quality educational experience for students in Wilmington, DE. She went on to manage the operations and teacher development of an AmeriCorps Program. Most recently, she served as a School Leader in Philadelphia where she honed in on data analysis, instructional coaching, professional development with the goal of student achievement. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Temple University as well as a Master's Degree from Wilmington University.
