Make educator effectiveness & CCRS matter: MASA conference highlights

It’s not everyday that I get to speak to a room full of some of the most experienced and accomplished school leaders. But last fall, I had that privilege at the Mississippi Association of School Administrators (MASA) Conference.

The keynote address I delivered focused on the daunting challenge many district and school leaders face today – implementing new educator effectiveness systems while making the transition to College- and Career-Readiness Standards.

Instead of simply talking about how to implement these initiaves in their districts and schools, I provided ways to make them matter.

Check out video below for the highlights of the afternoon, or watch the full presentation.
