Racquel Harris serves as a senior associate at Insight, supporting our partners across a variety of projects that focus on equity support, strategic planning, adult learning, organizational leadership, and leadership coaching. Prior to joining Insight, Racquel served as a principal with Fulton County Schools in Atlanta, GA. She led Feldwood Elementary School for eight years and during her tenure, the school's CCRPI score and school climate data improved significantly. Her leadership focused heavily on coaching, professional learning, and collaborative problem-solving. Prior to her role as a principal, she served as an assistant principal and elementary teacher.
