Payton Parker is the Senior Director of Operations at Insight Education Group where he is responsible for contracting, invoicing, finance, and business development as well as advising Insight and its clients on federal grant management. Prior to joining Insight, Payton spent a decade leading federal grants and business operations at a national education nonprofit. Payton has written, managed, or consulted on over $300M in federal projects. Payton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Arkansas and is certified in federal grants management.
