Dr. Nneka S. Bernard is a partnership manager with Insight Education Group where she works alongside school district partners on strategic planning, school improvement, and educator effectiveness. Prior to joining Insight, Nneka spent 24 years in PK-12 education as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and district administrator. Dr. Bernard has contributed to the Texas Education Agency on the design of educator effectiveness practices. She continues to serve as an adjunct professor with University of North Texas at Dallas, preparing future teachers and educational administrators. Nneka earned her Bachelor's Degree in English from Tougaloo College in Tougaloo, MS and her Master of Business Administration from Delta State University in Cleveland, MS. She also earned a Doctorate in Curriculum & Instruction from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
Nneka believes that all students can be successful in life with access to high quality instruction and opportunities to experience learning through various lenses. She is a systems thinker and enjoys helping instructional leaders reach their maximum potential.
