Jason Stricker is co-founder of Insight Education Group.
He is also the co-creator of Insight ADVANCE, a platform that provides a suite of products that support educator observation, coaching and calibration—through the power of video and in-person—to permanently impact how all educators involved in teacher growth are supported.
With extensive experience in education as a teacher, staff developer, chief academic officer, consultant, and business leader, Jason brings a deep understanding of organizational change and its impact on stakeholders at all levels.
Major milestones in Jason’s work at Insight include co-authoring a book, Strategic Design for Student Achievement (Teachers College Press, 2009), serving as the chief architect of customized instructional frameworks for multiple school districts, providing leadership support for standards-based initiatives in schools across the country, and serving as the lead designer of a national teacher certification and training program for The New Teacher Project.
A guiding principle in all of Jason’s work is the importance of equity in the quality of instruction experienced by every student. He believes parents and children deserve great teachers in every classroom, in every school.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California, Davis and a master’s degree in education from Belmont University.
