Christin Dickens is a project coach with Insight Education Group where she works with districts across the country to make small specific adjustments to instructional practices that make the biggest impact for student achievement. She graduated from Prairie View A&M and immediately launched into her elementary education teaching career in San Antonio ISD. She prides herself for being an educational learner. She has earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing another degree in education leadership. In addition she has earned various literacy credentials and other educational endorsements to improve her instructional and coaching practices. These achievements have given her the tools needed to implement best practices and increase student achievement as well as influence and support other educators in the field of education. Ms. Dickens is a dynamic, results-driven educational trainer with a sixteen-year record of achievement and demonstrated success. Through effective instructional design, she provides visionary educational leadership while developing and motivating high-performance teams that consistently show growth.
