Catina Bullard-Clark is a managing director with Insight Education Group where she works alongside school district partners on strategic planning, school improvement, and educator effectiveness. Prior to joining Insight Catina spent 28 years in PK-12 education as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, principal and district administrator. She continues to serve as an adjunct professor with Longwood University in Virginia, preparing future educational administrators. Catina earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Winston-Salem State University in North Carolina. Her Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Doctorate in Educational Foundations/Leadership were earned from Old Dominion University in Virginia.
She believes that all students can receive a quality education when a stable learning environment, effective instructional design and a culture of accountability has been established. She has spent her career committed to leadership development.
