Amber Moore is a business development analyst at Insight Education Group, with a strong foundation in implementing equitable practices and establishing connections with diverse education stakeholders.
Before joining Insight, Amber gained invaluable experiences as a secondary educator in Illinois, Michigan, and Georgia. Motivated by classroom experiences, she has organized and facilitated community engagement initiatives aimed at strengthening education partnerships and amplifying student voices. In recognition of her commitment to student achievement and impact on student success, she received the 2023 STAR Teacher Award. She has had the opportunity to serve as an Urban Leaders Fellow for the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners and Purpose Built Schools, providing research and recommendations for identifying and facilitating innovative partnerships between education and other community support agencies.
Amber is passionate about dismantling barriers which impede the progress of learners. She believes in the transformative power of education and cross-sector collaboration to empower marginalized communities and closing the opportunity gap. Her mission is to continue cultivating strong relationships and championing innovative resources to ensure every child has a joyful and meaningful education.
Amber holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Howard University and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Georgia State University.
