Even if districts and schools begin the year in-person, we should all plan for some of the instruction to be delivered virtually over the course of the year. Most of our teachers were not trained—or have received only basic professional development at best—for planning and facilitating virtual instruction. Insight’s instructional support focus for the upcoming school year is working with school and teacher leaders on how to most effectively coach their teachers and deploy curriculum in virtual and hybrid environments.   • Virtual Education Webinar Series: When educators recently transitioned to virtual learning, many experienced teachers felt the anxiety and uncertainty that all of us remember from our first year of teaching. As school and district leaders, we need to ensure that we are providing teachers with the tools and resources that they need to successfully teach in a blended environment next year. To that end, Insight launched a series of trainings for leaders on how best to support their teachers in virtual education.
