Sulina Mohanty is a specialist with Insight Education Group. In this role, she partners with clients to provide targeted support on leadership development, school improvement, and professional learning communities.
Sulina is an experienced education leader having previously served as a special education director, dean, non-profit leader, and teacher. She has extensive experience in teacher training, executive coaching, and program design. She has also served as a STEP project director and coach.
She is dedicated to empowering teachers and leaders to maximize their potential and bring out the best in those they work with and for. She believes every student, educator, team, and system has unique strengths that should be encouraged to create sustainable impact. She works with schools, non-profits, and companies to create engaged environments, design programs, and develop empowered leaders.
Sulina is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island where she received her degree in human development and family studies and leadership studies. Sulina attained her master’s degree in special education at Arizona State University.
