To those of you who were able to attend the webinar I co-hosted with Harvard's Best Foot Forward Project Director Miriam Greenberg yesterday, I hope you could sense my excitement about what the research is saying, as well as my confidence in the power of video to fuel educators' growth and ensure there truly is a great teacher in every classroom.
