We've long understood that student achievement is tied to teacher quality. And now, it's becoming clear from both research and practice that teacher quality is directly related to the feedback and support they receive.

That's why we're excited help share a tremendous new resource recently released by our friends at Education First, Giving Teachers the Feedback and Support They Deserve: Five Essential Practices describes what five leading districts (Aldine, TX; Fulton, CO., GA; Greene Co., TN; Salem-Keizer, OR; St. Bernard Parish, LA) are doing to improve the quality of feedback and support teachers receive.

With the support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Education First is sharing five essential practices to ensure teachers receive effective, high-quality feedback and support from their evaluation systems.

Insight is proud to partner with Education First on a variety of educator growth initiatives, and we admire their dedication and expertise within the field. Read this report and share it with colleagues to advance teaching and learning in your own district or school.
