Our systematic program improvement framework, Roadmap to Student Achievement™, utilizes an
academic program assessment to foster measurable transformation in leadership and teaching practice.
The Insight team collaboratively evaluates the quality and effectiveness of a school program by
examining existing practices and responding effectively to individual school needs.
The Roadmap to Student Achievement™ includes:
- A school visitation and initial planning interviews with key stakeholders.
- Research-based assessment tools to capture data related to classroom practices, student achievement, and organizational leadership.
- Collaboration with school leaders to develop a detailed report of findings with recommended corrective actions.
- Development of a strategic plan with realistic timelines and benchmarks that will put the school on track to success.
