Todd Bloom

Todd Bloom, Ph.D. is Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Insight Education Group. Todd has extensive experience assisting K-12 companies with their organizational and business development needs. He also has developed and delivered organizational improvement services directly to school districts throughout the U.S. and Canada. Whether with companies that serve school districts or school districts themselves, Todd maintains a passionate and unwavering focus on student success.

Before joining Insight Education Group, Todd served as Chief Academic Officer at Student Paths. Todd led the redevelopment and implementation of this Minnesota-based company's college and career preparation offerings. He established the company's first school district sales as well as a partnership with the South Carolina Department of Education.

Prior to his appointment at Student Paths, Todd was Director of Software Applications and Support at Technology Information Education Sciences (TIES), a nonprofit educational technology organization in St. Paul, Minnesota. At TIES, Todd led the development and support of financial, human resource, and student information management systems used by over 40 school districts. Todd was charged with assisting the company with improving client use of its systems. In response, he developed and implemented services such as Principal Data Academies, HR Optimizer, and Data Dashboard Consulting.

Todd has also developed relationships with and provided consulting services to organizations as varied as New York City Board of Education, APQC, Utah State University, Ysleta Independent School District, Anoka Hennepin School District, Orange County School District, Arizona Department of Education, and Minnesota Association of School Personnel Administrators.

Todd has also served as the Director of Consulting for eSchool Solutions Inc. and Senior Professional Development Associate at Learning Point Associates. He started his education career as an elementary school teacher on the Navajo Indian Reservation in Arizona.

Todd earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
