- Use reflective process to continuously improve implementation at each school site
- Travel, as needed, up to 50% of the time

Project/Client Management
- Facilitate initiation and visioning of services and structure of contracts
- Develop and maintain contract timelines for a particular contract or team
- Monitor and document contract deliverables
- Liaise between Insight Education Group and client in all aspects of contract and relationship
- Support members of the contract team to ensure superior service is provided to client
- Actively engage in context of teams contract and work
- Manage the development and fine-tuning of Insight processes and products for specific projects and contracts
Business Development
- Develop and prioritize list of potential clients
- Share Insight services with new and existing clients and refer to marketing/sales or managing director for contract negotiations and closure
- Update sales pipeline regularly
- Support sales/marketing department in outreach efforts (e.g. presenting at conferences, writing professional articles, sending marketing collateral to potential clients, updating potential client list)
- Support managing director in development of proposals for potential clients
- Attend contract negotiations meetings when appropriate

Group Regional Sales Manager: Overview
Insight Education Group, a Los Angeles based educational consulting firm, has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for finding new clients to purchase Insight’s products and services. In addition they will be responsible to maintain and build relationships with existing Insight clients. The Regional Sales Manager will develop new business targeting the K-12 school market. This is a position for someone who wants to sell Insight Education Group’s innovative products and services and to partner directly with school and district administrators in an effort to create new business opportunities. Ideal location is either New York City area or Southern CA, but will consider other locations for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years field sales experience in the education market
- Experience selling a SaaS solution
- Knowledge of current curriculum, instruction, and comprehensive school reform initiatives
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Basic understanding of Professional Development in education and the Common Core Standards.
- Ability to effectively present solutions and products

Responsibilities
- Analyze teacher practice through ongoing classroom observations, data analysis, and examination of student work;
- Provide clear and direct feedback to teachers based analysis of practice, with conversations focused around the Teaching and Learning Framework;
- Model research-based instructional approaches and collaborating with various teachers and roles to meet the needs of individual learners;
- Provide resources and suggestions for improvement based on the Teaching and Learning Framework;
- Co-plan units and lessons with teachers to support implementation of effective strategies as outlined in the Teaching and Learning Framework;
- Track student and teacher progress to assess the effectiveness of coaching;

Location is flexible in continental US.
